install .NET Framework 3.5 online or offline

Windows 8,10 does not include .NET 3.5 (include .NET 2.0 and 3.0) by default but comes preinstalled in Windows 7.
Nowdays,Almost all software require Microsoft .NET Framework installed in our system.
we might face a problem while trying to run a program which requires .NET Framework 3.5 version.
If we try to install it in online with low bandwith (slow) internet ,it gives pain on head.
I personally perfered you to install in offline mode which takes almost 2 (maximum 5) minutes and is very easy to do.
We can make this feature  enable by check in Program and Features if it had already install.If not we need to install it through online or offline.

There are two step to enable this feature:
The following are the steps to enable .NET Framework 3.5 (include .NET 2.0 and 3.0) feature .
Step 1.1 :Go to Control Panel then choose Programs.
Step 1.2 :Click 'turn windows feature on or off'.
Step 1.3 :We can enable this feature by clicking  on .NET Framework 3.5 (include .NET 2.0 and 3.0)and  click OK.
After this step, it will download the entire package from internet if we click 'install this feature' in window pop up and
install the .NET Framework 3.5 feature if internet is active.
but we can can install this feature in offline mode if we don't have internet connection or slow connection.
For offline installization we need Windows 8 DVD or ISO image and need to  follow the steps below:
Step 2.1 : Insert Windows 8 DVD or mount ISO image(open iso image,it will be shown as drive) and note respective drive letter.
Step 2.2 : open command prompt(admin).
 To open command prompt admin goto window logo(corner) and right click on it then you will see it. click on it.

"Dism.exe /online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFX3 /All /LimitAccess /Source:G:\sources\sxs"
in command prompt by replacing "G" with your drive letter(windows setup file) and hit enter

To convert your laptop into router (or to make wifi hotspot) follow the steps below:
1.first open elevated command prompt(command prompt admin).
2.type "netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode= allow ssid=hotspotname1 key=password" hit enter.This sets your hotspot name to hotspotname1(you can rename as you like),replace password in above command by your password which is your wifi password.
3.type "netsh wlan start hostednetwork" hit enter.This starts your wifi hotspot.
4.type "netsh wlan stop hostednetwork" hit enter.This stops your wifi hotspot.
5.now goto 'network and sharing center' by searching on search bar or by right clicking in internet tray icon of right of taskbar.
6.goto 'change adapter setting' and left click on any network that you want to make wifi hotspot, now goto properties.
7.select sharing tab and click on 'allow other network user to connect through this computer's internet connection' and select hotspot that you make earlier in 'home networking connection:' which is like 'local area connection*1'. Note:dont click on other option below it.
8.Click ok and enjoy your wifi through your laptop.
